At redLINE Running, we recognise the importance of allowing our young athletes to enjoy a variety of activities without specialising too early. Many of our athletes actively participate in multiple sports, such as AFL and Netball, and we wholeheartedly support and encourage them to pursue these interests alongside their running. Engaging in diverse sports not only fosters a love for physical activity but also enhances overall athletic development, helping them become well-rounded competitors. We believe that enjoying a range of pursuits is key to a fulfilling and successful athletic journey.
