Training & Coaching

For the runner looking to improve their running fitness, technique and performance over any distance. ​Suitable for intermediate to advanced runners, providing a combination of in person coaching and personalised program for sessions to be done in your own time. 

Track Squad

For the competitive level athlete specialising in middle distance events from 400m through to 5000m. This squad looks to maintain individual attention to athlete development and performance. 
Our Track Squad numbers are limited to ensure quality individual outcomes for squad members.

Keep your running on track

Whether you're aiming for peak performance, gearing up for an upcoming race, improving your sports fitness, or simply enjoying the experience, our sessions and programs are designed to support your goals.

We provide access to sessions up to three times a week in the track season (October - April) and up to two times a week in the off season (May - September). These sessions are complemented by a personalised training schedule suited to your needs. Alternatively, we offer remote coaching with custom programs tailored to your goals, delivered monthly.

Your training progress will be tracked and monitored through TrainingPeaks. Each athlete will receive their own TrainingPeaks account and login to monitor their personal progress.*
